Palmdale Gem & Mineral Club was established in 1957, and incorporated in 1959. We are 52 years old!  We are a not for profit organization for people interested in collecting and learning about gems, mineral, rocks, fossils, lapidary arts and the earth sciences.

We belong to the California Federation of Mineralogical Societies (CFMS), the American Federation of Mineralogical Societies (AFMS), the American Lands Access Association (ALAA), and S.C.R.I.B.E., the international organization of bulletin editors of amateur gem, mineral, and earth science societies.

We are located in the beautiful Antelope Valley - High Desert in California.

We have a regular meeting the 4th Monday of the month- 7:00 P.M. at
 Palmdale Cultural Center

Except for the months of July & August and our December meeting is held in conjunction with the annual PGMC Christmas party!
